Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days once credit card authorization and verification of payments have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. Shipping methods chosen are subject to change depending on final destination. During high volume seasons such as Diwali, Onam, Christmas, processing times may be extended.
For any cancellations, we require an email within 4 hours of the order being placed. If the order is placed or shipped out, cancellations will not be accepted.

Tracking Orders

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email & Whatsapp from Ektra and SMS from designated logistic partner with your tracking number. If you are a domestic customer your order may contain multiple tracking numbers. If you receive a partial package, please check your order details located in your account to confirm if there are still items which are processing.
